How are my clients kept separate from each other?
Every client is a separate tenant in a hierarchical reseller-to-client-to-site tree. Row-level security keeps each tenant's data isolated, and per-site compute isolation using containers and namespaces means one compromised site cannot reach another.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your own markup per plan and bill your clients as you choose. The platform tracks the margin between wholesale cost and your sell price for you, and gives you a single consolidated bill across all your clients.
Which hosting types can I resell?

Can I move my existing clients over?
Yes — migrations are free and we will move your existing client sites onto the platform at no cost.
Is there a free trial?
Not on reseller plans. They are billed monthly with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so the smallest tier is the low-risk way to start rather than a trial. Agency hosting does include a card-free 14-day trial if that suits you better.
Can I sell to clients who do not speak English?
Yes, and this is the part most white-label programmes do not have. Your clients' control panel, their emails, their invoices and their notifications are already written in 58 languages, including five that read right to left — Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu and Pashto — with the whole interface mirrored rather than merely translated. It is included in every reseller plan at no extra cost and there is nothing to translate yourself. You choose which of the 58 your clients are offered and which one a new client account starts in, so if you sell into one market their panel is simply in that language. Translating your own material — your website, your own marketing — is separate: you can connect your own AI provider key and pay that provider directly for it.
Will this work with the billing system I already use?
If you run WHMCS or HostBill, yes — we publish free modules for both, so an order in your panel provisions the hosting for you. If you run something else, there is a single-file PHP client you can call from it. See /integrations for all three.
