No, and we would rather say so plainly: WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin, not a separate application. You install WordPress in one click and add WooCommerce from the plugin manager in your dashboard.
Will caching break my basket or checkout?
No. Basket, checkout and account pages are dynamic and are not served from cache; the catalogue and content pages are, which is where the speed comes from.
Can I test changes before customers see them?
Yes, from WordPress Basic upward. Create a staging copy in one click, make the change, and push it live when it works. The entry-level WordPress Starter plan does not include staging.
How much traffic can it take?
