Amazon Web Services
Amazon's network and Amazon's reach, with the server built, tuned, patched and managed by us — and every control in our dashboard rather than in a cloud console you have to learn.
A managed server on Amazon's infrastructure, operated by us. We hold the account, we build the machine, we tune the stack it runs, we patch it, we watch it, and you get one invoice and one place to ask when something is wrong. What you are not buying is an AWS account, a console to learn, an IAM policy to get right, or a bill that arrives in eleven line items you have to reconcile.
Pick this when the reach matters: your visitors are somewhere our own cloud is not, or your organisation has already standardised on Amazon and the hosting has to sit there too. Pick our own cloud instead when neither is true — it is cheaper for the same machine, it runs in the regions most of our customers need, and it is the one we know best. We would rather tell you that here than sell you the dearer one.
Eight sizes, with the monthly and yearly price of each read from the catalogue our billing engine charges from. We build, tune and manage the server; you never open the AWS console.

Every server we run, on every product, is powered by renewable electricity. Not offset after the fact — sourced that way.
The prices above are the real, published monthly and yearly prices for each size, and they are read from the same catalogue our billing engine charges from. Storage and bandwidth beyond what the size includes are extra and depend on what you use, so those are quoted rather than printed — but the machine itself has a price and it is on this page.
You tell us when you order and we build it there. AWS operates regions on every populated continent; we do not publish a list here because it is Amazon's to change and a stale list on our page would send somebody to a region that has moved. Ask before you order if a specific region matters — it usually does for latency and for where data sits.
The same set as our other managed servers: PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Laravel, Joomla, Node.js and .NET Core, each with the caching or search components that stack needs.
No. The account, the billing and the operations are ours. You get a managed server and a single invoice from us.
Yes, and it is a common path. Migration on to the platform is automated and verified before anything is pointed at us, so you see the site running here first. Talk to us about the workload and we will tell you honestly whether you need this yet — most sites do not, and a managed server you do not need is money spent on headroom.
Every shared plan begins with a free trial and is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the price you sign up at is the price you renew at. If you would rather ask somebody first, the people who answer are the people who run the platform.
