Is WordPress pre-installed?
Yes. WordPress is a one-click install and can be set up when your account is created, with the latest release and a database provisioned for it.
How many databases do I get?
One MySQL database, which is what a WordPress site needs. If you want more databases on one plan, our Linux hosting has no cap on them and costs the same.
Can I run WooCommerce on it?
Yes — WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin, so it installs on this platform like any other. If you are building a shop as the main event, our WooCommerce hosting page covers what changes.
Do you offer staging?
Yes, from WordPress Basic upward. You can create a staging copy of a site in one click, work on it, and push it live when you are ready. The entry-level WordPress Starter plan does not include staging — it is one of the reasons to move up.
Where will my site be hosted?
