Knowledge base
Guides, how-tos and troubleshooting, in your language.
Knowledge base →Help
Everything you need to get an answer: a searchable knowledge base, an assistant that answers from it, and people who reply. Start wherever suits you — nothing here is behind a login.
All four work without an account. The first two answer immediately; the last two reach a person.

Knowledge base →A pre-sales assistant that answers from the knowledge base and today's prices.
Ask Zinn® →Email, Telegram, or a support ticket from your dashboard.
Contact us →Faster response targets when you need them.
Priority support →For a site that is down right now.
Emergency support →In this order. Each step is faster than the one after it, and three of the four take under a minute.
Our status page is on separate infrastructure and reports platform incidents as they happen. If there is an incident open, it is already being worked on and you do not need to report it.
Most of what breaks on a website breaks the same way for everyone. The knowledge base is written for the platform you are actually on, not for WordPress in general.
It answers from those same articles and from our live price list, and it says so plainly when it does not know rather than guessing.
From your dashboard, so it arrives attached to your account and your sites. A person picks it up — the assistant never closes a ticket for you.
Daily off-site backups are restorable from your dashboard without asking anyone.
A free tool that tells you exactly what to change at any registrar, and whether it has taken effect yet.
Function-level PHP request profiling per site, with Core Web Vitals beside it.
Free, automated, verified migrations that run before you change a nameserver.
Plugins, themes, users and updates from your dashboard, without wp-admin.
Every endpoint, generated from the same specification the platform is built from.

We answer in English and, through the platform's translation layer, in the language you write in. Support is included with hosting and is not metered per incident.

Platform incidents, on separate infrastructure
If your site is down right now and you cannot wait, emergency support is a paid, immediate-response service — it exists so that “urgent” means something rather than being what everyone writes in the subject line.
Not to read the knowledge base, use Ask Zinn®, check status or email us. You need one to open a support ticket, because a ticket is attached to your account and your sites — which is what makes it answerable.
Included. Priority support and emergency support are separate paid services with faster response targets; ordinary support is part of hosting and always has been.
It answers questions about the platform and what things cost, from published knowledge-base articles and our live price list. It cannot see your account, your sites or your invoices, and it will tell you when a question is outside what it was given rather than guessing.
Yes. Articles are published in English and translated into every language the site runs in, and each one tells you which parts you are reading in translation.
Email us and say so in the subject. A security report is not a support ticket and we do not want it queued behind one.
Tell us what is happening and we will pick it up. No ticket tiers, no per-incident fee.
