Answers from your own pages
Every answer is drawn from the pages it has read, and nothing else. It does not use general knowledge about your business, so it cannot contradict what your site says.
AI chat agent
Put an assistant on your site that answers questions from your own pages, in your visitor's language, and links to the page each answer came from. When your pages do not say, it says so and hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.
A chat assistant that lives on your own website and knows only what your website says. You add it to a site, it reads that site's pages, and from then on a visitor can ask a question in the chat window and get a short answer drawn from those pages, with a link to the page it used.
It is built for the questions a site gets asked every day — opening hours, delivery, what a service includes, how to get in touch — so a visitor gets an answer at the moment they want one rather than an email address and a wait. It never invents a price, a policy or a phone number; if your pages do not contain the answer, it tells the visitor and offers to pass them to you.
Everything below is included with the chat agent on the site you add it to.
Every answer is drawn from the pages it has read, and nothing else. It does not use general knowledge about your business, so it cannot contradict what your site says.
Each answer links to the page it came from, so a visitor can read the full detail and you can see exactly why it said what it said.
On a site we host it reads the site directly, including every page listed in the site's sitemap, so pages that nothing links to are still known. On any other site it reads the pages it can reach by following links.
It replies in the language the visitor writes in, even when your pages are written in only one.
Choose what it calls itself, the first thing it says, how it should answer and the colour of the chat button, so it looks like part of your site rather than somebody else's product.
The snippet loads a small button and nothing else until a visitor clicks it, so it does not slow your pages down or hurt your Core Web Vitals.
Three steps, all of them in the dashboard you already use for your sites.
Choose the site in your dashboard and add the chat agent. On a site we host it starts reading that site's pages straight away.
Ask it questions from the dashboard to see exactly what a visitor would get, then set its name, greeting, tone and colour.
Paste one line of code before the closing body tag, or let us place it on a site we host. It only appears on the web addresses you allow.
The chat agent is a monthly add-on for one site, and it includes a monthly allowance of answered messages. It runs on Zinn® AI credit, or on your own AI provider key if you connect one, in which case the model usage is billed to you by that provider.
$29.00/month
The allowance counts answered messages, including the ones you ask yourself while trying it. When it is reached the agent stops answering until the next month rather than running up a bill.
Most website chatbots are separate services that crawl your site from the outside, miss the pages nothing links to, and answer with confidence whether or not they know. Because we host the site, the agent reads it the way we serve it, and because it is only allowed to answer from what it read, an honest "I could not find that" beats a confident wrong answer.
It is also built to stay out of the way. A chat widget is one of the most common reasons a page gets slower, so this one loads nothing but a button until somebody actually wants to talk, and it only answers on the web addresses you list, so nobody can put your agent on their site at your expense.
Only from the pages of your website that it has read, plus any notes you add yourself. It does not use general knowledge about your business or the internet, and every answer links to the page it used. If the answer is not in those pages, it says so and offers to pass the visitor to you.
No. The code you add loads a small chat button and nothing else until a visitor clicks it, so it does not add weight to your pages or affect how quickly they load.
It replies in the language the visitor writes in. Your pages can be written in one language and a visitor can still ask, and be answered, in theirs.
Yes. Connect your own key in the dashboard and the agent's model usage is billed to you by that provider. If your key stops working, the dashboard tells you which provider refused it and where to fix it, while your visitors simply see that the chat cannot answer right now.
Yes. On a site hosted elsewhere it reads the pages it can reach by following links from the address you give it. On a site we host it reads the site directly, including pages that nothing links to.
It tells the visitor it could not find the answer on your site and, if you have handover switched on, offers to pass them to a person. It is designed never to guess at a price, an opening time or a policy.

It knows your account. What to ask it, what it will not do without you, and when to open a ticket instead.

Read the guide →Every board operation is in our public API and available as an MCP tool, so a script or an AI agent can read a board, add the work and send the client a link.
