What it is
Image generation built into the hosting dashboard rather than bolted on beside it. You describe the picture you need, choose a model, and the image is generated and stored against the site it belongs to. There is no separate account to open, no second bill to reconcile and no copying files between tools.
It is aimed at the ordinary, constant need of running a content site: a feature image for the post you just published, a header for a landing page, a picture for a product that does not have one. Generating it takes a sentence and a few seconds, and the result is yours rather than a photograph three hundred other sites are also using.

Generated images are stored against the site they were made for, so they are where you expect them the next time you look. Nothing has to be downloaded and re-uploaded to be used.

Pricing
Image generation is sold as credit packs. You buy a pack, each generated image spends credits from the balance, and different models spend different amounts — so the model you choose decides how many images a pack produces. Packs come in several sizes, and credits are spent only when you actually generate something. If you would rather pay a provider directly, connect your own API key and skip credits entirely.

Because the credit cost is per model rather than per pack, you can mix a cheaper model for routine images with a heavier one for the pages that matter, out of the same balance.
Why it is built this way
Most image tools sit outside the thing you are actually building. You generate somewhere else, download a file, upload it again, and lose track of which picture belongs to which page. Putting generation next to the site removes that round trip and keeps the image attached to the job it was made for.
We also did not want to force a single provider on you. Models move quickly, they are good at different things, and prices change. Offering a range across Google, OpenAI and xAI — and letting you use your own key if you already have an account with one of them — means your imagery does not depend on one vendor's roadmap or one vendor's pricing.
How much does an AI image cost?
Image generation is sold in credit packs rather than per month. You buy a pack, and each image you generate spends credits from that balance, with the amount depending on which model you used. Current pack sizes and credit costs are shown in the dashboard before you buy or generate.
Can I use my own OpenAI or Google API key?
Yes. If you already have an account with a provider, connect your own API key and the generations are billed to you by that provider at their rates, not by us in credits. Everything else — the prompt box, the model choice, storing the image against the site — works exactly the same way.
Which image models can I generate with?
There is a range of models from Google, OpenAI and xAI available in the dashboard, and you can pick a different one for each image. They differ in style, speed and credit cost, so it is worth trying two or three on the same prompt to see which suits your site. The live list and the credit cost of each model are shown at the point you generate.
What happens to an image after it is generated?
It is stored against the site it was generated for, and linked to the purpose it was created for — a blog post's feature image, for example. That means you can find it again from the site rather than hunting through a downloads folder, and reuse it without regenerating and spending credits twice.
What happens when my credits run out?
Generation stops until you top up, so there is no surprise overspend. You can buy another pack at any size, or connect your own provider API key and carry on paying that provider directly. Choosing a lighter model also makes a given balance go considerably further.
