When does the seller actually get paid?
After fulfilment is verified, not at checkout. Funds sit in the escrow ledger from the moment you pay. For backlinks, release is automatic once live backlink data confirms the link exists with the right attribute and anchor and was first seen after your order. For guest posts, release follows the proof, link verification and your approval. For services, it follows delivery and your approval — and for malware removal, a clean re-scan. Commission is taken per sale and the balance goes to the seller on their payout schedule.
What happens if a link I paid for is removed later?
Placements stay monitored after release. Backlink history and new-and-lost monitoring track the link, and a removal inside the guarantee window triggers a clawback and refund automatically rather than requiring you to notice and complain. The exact guarantee period is set per marketplace policy — check the listing terms before ordering, as publishers also state their own permanence terms.
Can sellers fake their metrics to get better placement?
Less easily than on a marketplace that publishes seller numbers as facts — but the protection is not a metric. A seller must pass review before they can list at all, and any material change to a listing sends it back through review before it can go live again. The figures on a listing are the seller's own and we present them as such, rather than implying we measured them. Your money sits in escrow until fulfilment is verified, ratings are computed from completed orders rather than entered, and disputes follow a structured path with admin arbitration.
Do I have to write the guest-post article myself?
No — you choose. You can supply your own article, order content writing, or have the publisher write it. Whichever route you pick, the article goes through plagiarism and quality checks and the publisher's editorial review, with a limited number of revisions defined in the listing terms, before it is published and verified.
How does buying a plugin work if my sites are hosted with you?
You buy it in the storefront and install it with one click onto any of your hosted sites through the provisioning API — no zip file, no upload. Paid plugins carry a license key and update through our update server, so they stay current automatically for as long as your entitlement is active. Everything listed is scanned for malware and quality before it goes live.
Do I need a hosting plan to use the marketplaces?
You need an account, and the fastest way in is the card-free 14-day trial — no payment details required. One-click plugin install naturally applies to sites you host with us; backlinks, guest posts and services are useful whether the target site is here or elsewhere.
Can I sell as well as buy?
Yes. The same account can be both. Sellers list domains, guest-post sites, plugins or services, pass moderation, and get paid out on their chosen schedule and method, with KYC for larger sellers. Buyers and sellers share the same RBAC and tenancy model as the rest of the platform.
What does it cost to sell here?
15% commission on each sale. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee, and no charge for the escrow that holds the buyer's money until the work is accepted — so on a completed sale you keep 85%. The rate is the same across every storefront, and the commission is recorded against the sale as its own figure rather than quietly netted out of your payout.
