What is included with my hosting?
Every Mainstream hosting plan includes 500 contacts and 2,000 emails a month. Footprint-Free plans do not include Campaigns.
Do I need my own email provider?
Today, yes: you connect any SMTP service, such as Amazon SES, Resend or Mailgun.
What happens when somebody unsubscribes?
They are removed at once, even in the middle of a campaign. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe and a footer link, and the contact can choose to stop every email from you.
Why would a campaign pause itself?
If more than 5% of messages bounce or more than 0.1% draw a complaint, the campaign stops and tells you why. Those are the levels at which mailbox providers start sending mail to spam, so stopping early protects your domain.
Can I move my contacts from another platform?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current platform and import it with the consent each contact gave you. Contacts without consent on record are never sent marketing.
Do you track opens and clicks?
Yes. Opens and clicks are counted once per recipient, and every link goes through our click counter. Some email apps load images automatically, so treat opens as a guide.
Can I send SMS and WhatsApp too?
SMS is built and in a pilot: text one contact or a whole list under your own sender name, each send priced before it goes and paid from prepaid credit. WhatsApp is being built now: you connect your own WhatsApp Business account in minutes and Meta approves your templates, usually within minutes. A WooCommerce plugin for order and tracking updates by SMS and WhatsApp is being designed.
