FTP or FTPS
For hosts that give you FTP and nothing else. We copy the files and tell you up front what an FTP login cannot reach, such as databases or mailboxes.
An archive of the site
Paste a link to a cPanel or Duplicator backup, or any zip or tar.gz of the site with its database dump, and we import it.
SSH or SFTP
Give SSH access and we pull files and — where the server allows it — databases over the connection for a clean, complete copy.

What the migration does, step by step
Every migration runs as a durable Temporal workflow, so it retries around transient failures and reports progress as it goes rather than dying halfway through a big transfer.

Yes — every site, on every plan, with no limit on how many. Self-service migration is free and it is the fastest route. If you would rather we did it, ask from the site's Restore & import tab and an engineer moves it for you, also free.
Which sources can I migrate from?
Every common one, all self-service: your control panel login (cPanel or WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin), FTP or FTPS, SSH or SFTP, or an archive of the site — a cPanel or Duplicator backup, any zip or tar.gz with its database dump, or the package our own Zinn® Migrate plugin builds on hosts that only give you a WordPress login. Will my site go down during the move?
No. The workflow rebuilds and verifies your site on our platform first, and only cuts over DNS once you are ready. The live site keeps serving until the switch.
