Getting an already-infected site back is separate work, and it is manual. Injected files have to be told apart from legitimate ones, the damage has to be undone without losing your content, and whatever let the attacker in has to be found — or you will be buying this twice.

Why this is not a job for a plugin
Automated cleaners work by pattern. They are good at the malware everyone has seen and blind to anything shaped slightly differently, and their usual failure is to delete a file your site needed — trading an infected site for a broken one.
The part that actually matters is the last part. If nobody works out how the attacker got in, the site is reinfected within days and the cleanup was rented, not bought.
Do I have to host with Zinn Digital®?
No. We clean sites wherever they are hosted, and there is no requirement to move to us afterwards.
How do I know if I am actually infected?
Common signs are search results showing pages you never wrote, visitors redirected somewhere unexpected, browser or search-engine warnings, or your host suspending the account. If you are unsure, ask us and we will look first.
Will I lose my content?
That is precisely what the manual approach is for. Injected code is separated from your legitimate files rather than removed in bulk, because the fast automated version of this job is the one that takes your site down with the malware.
What stops it happening again?
Finding the way in is part of the work, not an extra. We close it and harden the site afterwards — and if you move the site to us, scanning, the firewall and per-site isolation then run on it continuously as part of the plan.
