The malware removed
Injected code, backdoors, dropped files and modified core files identified and cleared, rather than blindly deleted.
Malware cleanup & hack repair
A compromised site, dealt with by people rather than a scanner: the malware removed, the damage repaired, and the way in closed behind us. Any site, hosted anywhere.
Malware scanning, a proactive firewall and per-site isolation are included on every plan we sell, and they run continuously at no extra cost. What they do is tell you something is wrong and stop it spreading.
Getting an already-infected site back is separate work, and it is manual. Injected files have to be told apart from legitimate ones, the damage has to be undone without losing your content, and whatever let the attacker in has to be found — or you will be buying this twice.
One fixed price for the whole job, however long it takes us.
Injected code, backdoors, dropped files and modified core files identified and cleared, rather than blindly deleted.
Defaced pages, spam content, redirects and altered configuration put back the way they should be.
We look for how it happened — an outdated plugin, a weak credential, a writable path — because a clean site with the door still open is a temporary result.
Permissions, credentials and update posture tightened once the site is clean, so the same route does not work twice.
Tell us it is infected and we start. You do not need an account with us first.
Give us the URL and access. If you are not sure whether you are infected, say so — we will look before you buy anything.
An engineer works through the site, removing what does not belong and restoring what was altered.
We close the route in, tighten the site, and tell you what we found and what we changed.
One fixed price per site, regardless of how bad it turns out to be. We would rather quote you once than meter an emergency.

Scanning, the proactive firewall and per-site isolation are included on every hosting plan at no extra cost. This is the remediation service you buy on top when a site is already compromised.
Automated cleaners work by pattern. They are good at the malware everyone has seen and blind to anything shaped slightly differently, and their usual failure is to delete a file your site needed — trading an infected site for a broken one.
The part that actually matters is the last part. If nobody works out how the attacker got in, the site is reinfected within days and the cleanup was rented, not bought.
No. We clean sites wherever they are hosted, and there is no requirement to move to us afterwards.
Common signs are search results showing pages you never wrote, visitors redirected somewhere unexpected, browser or search-engine warnings, or your host suspending the account. If you are unsure, ask us and we will look first.
That is precisely what the manual approach is for. Injected code is separated from your legitimate files rather than removed in bulk, because the fast automated version of this job is the one that takes your site down with the malware.
Finding the way in is part of the work, not an extra. We close it and harden the site afterwards — and if you move the site to us, scanning, the firewall and per-site isolation then run on it continuously as part of the plan.
Send us the URL. We will look at it and tell you what we are dealing with before you commit to anything.
