Questions people ask before they buy
Which stacks can I choose?
PHP, WordPress with Redis, WooCommerce with Redis and Elasticsearch, Magento with Elasticsearch, Laravel on NGINX, Joomla with Redis, Node.js, and .NET Core.
Is this where Magento lives?
Yes. Magento needs Elasticsearch to run properly, so it is a cloud server product rather than something we squeeze onto shared hosting.
Can I resize without downtime?
Yes. One-click upgrades are a feature of the platform, not a migration project.
Where can I put a Zinn® Cloud server?
Zinn® Cloud runs in two regions: London and Dallas. If you need a wider choice of regions, our AWS and Google Cloud options have considerably more.
How is it billed?
Monthly, with the term chosen when you order. Bandwidth allowances are listed per size above.
Do I ever see another company's control panel?
No. Everything is in our dashboard, under our name. That is a deliberate rule, not an aspiration.
