What the AI assistant can do for you
It knows your account. What to ask it, what it will not do without you, and when to open a ticket instead.
The assistant is in the panel, on every screen, and it is included on every plan.
What makes it different from a chatbot
It can see your account: your sites, their versions, your plan, your usage, your invoices and your recent activity. So "why is my invoice higher this month" gets an answer about your invoice rather than an explanation of invoices in general.
Good things to ask it
- "Why is this site slow?" — it can read the site's own metrics and logs.
- "What is this error in my log?" — paste it in.
- "Which of my sites are on an old PHP version?" — it can answer across the estate.
- "What would upgrading cost me?" — it prices against your actual usage.
- "How do I point this domain at that site?" — and it will link the screen.
What it will not do on its own
It does not make changes without asking you. Anything that would alter your account is proposed, with what it is about to do, and waits for you to agree. It cannot spend money, and it cannot delete anything.
When to open a ticket instead
When something is broken on our side, when you need a human decision (a refund, a policy exception), or when the assistant has told you it cannot help. It can open the ticket for you, with the context already attached.
Your language
Ask in any of the languages the panel supports and it answers in the same one.
Still stuck?
Support is included on every plan and answers in your own language.
