What it is
Websites gather weight over the years: plugins nobody switched back on, themes nobody uses, tables left behind by plugins that were deleted, thousands of old revisions, caches, logs and forgotten backup archives. It slows the database down and fills the disk.
The Site Cleaner finds all of it and removes it safely. The scan is free for every customer, so you see each item and its size before you decide. Your content, such as pages, products, orders, customers and uploads, is never touched.
What it cleans
On WordPress, and on Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Grav, MediaWiki, Laravel, phpBB and Matomo websites.
Leftovers of removed plugins
The database tables, settings and scheduled tasks a deleted plugin or extension left behind.
Database junk
Old revisions (the last 5 of every item are kept), trashed and spam items, expired temporary data and unused space inside the tables.
Junk files
Cache folders the website rebuilds by itself, old backup archives, debug and error logs and unfinished update files.

Nothing is removed until it can be put back.

Before a clean, the database is backed up and every file that will go is archived.
Checked after
The home page is checked after the clean, and for applications whether the application still loads. If either is worse, everything is put back automatically.

Scan for free
Open the website, go to Software, find Site Cleaner and press Scan this website.
Choose what goes
Every item is listed with its size. Untick anything you want to keep.
Clean selected items
Add the Site Cleaner in the same window, then press Clean selected items. A backup is taken first.

Is scanning really free?
Yes. Any customer can scan any website we host and see every item and its size. You only need the Site Cleaner to clean.
Is it per website?
No. One subscription covers every website on your account.
Can a clean break my website?
A clean is backed up first and checked after. If the home page or the application answers worse than before, the database and files are put back automatically. You can also press Undo for 7 days.
Does it touch my content?
No. Pages, posts, products, orders, customers and uploaded files are never removed.
What happens if a payment is missed?
Cleaning and schedules pause while a payment is overdue and start again on their own once it is paid. Scanning stays free.
Which websites can use it?
Websites we host on our own servers that are online.
Is this the same as malware cleaning?
No. Malware found on a website we host is repaired automatically, at no extra cost. The Site Cleaner removes junk, not malware.
