Selling Zinn® hosting to your own clients

What reselling gives you, what you take on, and the order to set it up in.

Reselling → Your setup. You sell hosting under your own name; we run it underneath.

What you get

  • Client organisations of your own, each with their own sites, users and limits.
  • Your prices, not ours. You buy at your reseller rate and charge what you choose.
  • Your branding on the panel, the emails and the invoices your clients see.
  • Your payment gateways, so your clients pay you directly.

What you take on

You are the merchant your client buys from. You issue their invoices, you handle their VAT, and you are their first line of support. We support you.

The order to do it in

  1. Set up — company details and the basics.
  2. Product lines — which of our products you resell.
  3. Pricing — your rates, per product, per currency.
  4. Gateways — how your clients pay you.
  5. Branding — logo, colours, domain, sender addresses.
  6. Languages — which of the 58 your clients are offered.

Each has its own screen under Reseller, and the setup screen tracks which are done.

Then add a client

Organisation → Your clients → New. They get their own panel, on your brand, and never see ours.

Do the pricing before the first client, not after. Changing a rate afterwards is possible but it means re-quoting somebody who has already agreed a price with you.

Still stuck?

Support is included on every plan and answers in your own language.
