Zinn® Chat instead of Tawk.to, Tidio, Intercom

What Zinn® Chat does for live chat, AI chat and help desk, what it costs, and how to use it instead of another plugin.

Zinn® Chat is our own plugin for live chat, AI chat and help desk. If your site uses Tawk.to, Tidio, Intercom, 3CX Live Chat, Smartsupp, Awesome Support for that job, Zinn® Chat can do it instead.

What it does

  • Reads everything, as visitors see it — Reads everything, as visitors see it: posts, pages and custom post types, WooCommerce products with prices, stock, variations, shipping and payment methods, forums (bbPress, BuddyBoss, wpForo), custom fields (ACF), and pages built with the block editor, Page Builder Sandwich, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder and Bricks.
  • Honest answers with links — Honest answers with links: answers only from your pages, links the page it used, and says "I could not find that" instead of guessing, then offers a person or a ticket.
  • Answers in the visitor's language — Answers in the visitor's language.
  • Multi-chat inbox — Multi-chat inbox: open several chats at once as tabs, side by side on a wide screen, each with its own draft. Waiting visitors go to the top with how long they have waited.
  • Tickets in wp-admin — Tickets in wp-admin with status, priority and who is handling them.

What it costs

Zinn® Chat is free. Zinn® Chat Pro costs $189 a year (or $19 a month). Like all our plugins it does not count toward your site's file (inode) or disk allowance.

Installing it

Download it from https://zinndigital.com/ and upload it on your site's WordPress tab, Add plugin.
