What happens when a plugin trial ends

Our Pro plugins come with a free trial and no card. If the trial ends and you have not bought a licence, your site simply moves to the free edition of the plugin. Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted.

The rules for every Pro plugin

• Pro features stop. The free features keep running.
• Your pages keep working. Visitors never see an error, a blank page or a "page not found" for

an address that worked before.

• Nothing you made is deleted. Content, settings, translations and backups are all kept.
• Paying restores everything straight away. Buy a licence and the Pro features come back on

the next page load, exactly as you left them.

Page Builder Sandwich Pro

• Visitors see the free version of each Pro block on your pages. A Pro block with no free

equivalent is hidden, so the rest of the page still looks right.

• In the editor, each Pro block shows a short note with two choices: Upgrade to keep it,

or Convert to the free version (Remove it (no free version) for a block that has none). A Convert all Pro blocks button changes every Pro block on the page at once.

• Converting is your choice. If you do nothing and buy a licence later, every Pro block comes back

as it was.

Tranzly Pro

• Every language stays online. The free edition already allows unlimited languages, and your

translations are kept.

• The Pro tools pause: the Pro translation engines, automatic translation when you publish, Pro

integrations and the Pro address styles.

• Language subdomains and separate domains (for example de.example.com) send visitors to the

free address on your main domain (for example example.com/de/), so links and bookmarks keep working. When you pay again, those addresses move back to the subdomain or domain.

Zinn® Chat Pro, Zinn® Cache Pro and Zinn® Backups Pro

• The free plugin keeps running: live chat, page caching and backups carry on.
• The Pro extras stop until you buy a licence.
• Zinn® Backups: every existing backup and every storage destination you set up is kept. New

backups use one storage destination, the free limit, until Pro is back.

Keeping Pro

Open the plugin's screen in your WordPress admin and choose Upgrade, or buy a licence from the plugin's page on zinndigital.com. Your Pro features come back as soon as the licence is active.
