Tranzly: Translation engines

What Tranzly does for translation engines, and which of it is free.

What it does

  • DeepL (the current integration, kept) — Keep using DeepL with your own key. Supports both Free and Pro DeepL accounts, HTML-aware translation, formality and glossaries.
  • AI models with your own key — Translate with OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek or OpenRouter, and choose the model.
  • Cost estimate before you start — Shows how many words and roughly what it will cost on your own account before translating.
  • Google Cloud Translation and Microsoft Translator (Pro) — Classic machine translation engines as further options.
  • Different engine per language (Pro) — e.g. DeepL for German, Claude for Japanese, the cheapest model for drafts.
  • Automatic fallback (Pro) — If one engine fails or hits a limit, the next one takes over.
  • Translation memory (Pro) — Never pay twice: identical text is reused from earlier translations.
  • Glossary and do-not-translate list for every engine (Pro) — Brand names and terms stay consistent. Unlike competitors, it works with AI models too, not only DeepL.
  • Tone and style instructions (Pro) — Formal/informal, audience, brand voice, per language.

Free or Pro

A feature marked (Pro) needs a Pro licence; (Agency plan) needs the Agency plan. Everything else is in the free edition.
