The Tranzly plugin

What Tranzly is, free and Pro, upgrading from the old version, updates and AI agents.

Multilingual WordPress, one post per language: linked translations of posts, pages, terms, media, widgets and the site title.

Tranzly has a free edition and a paid Pro edition, sold as Personal, Business and Agency plans. Pro includes everything in the free edition. Prices are on Tranzly's own website and inside the plugin. Hosting with us does not include Pro; hosting customers get a discount on their first payment (see Pro plugins discount for hosting customers).

What it does, by topic

  • Tranzly: Foundation
  • Tranzly: Translation engines
  • Tranzly: What gets translated
  • Tranzly: Workflow
  • Tranzly: SEO and URLs
  • Tranzly: Language switcher and Developers
  • Tranzly: More features

AI keys and models, the admin screens, licensing and help are in their own articles (Tranzly: AI keys and models and the others).

Coming from the old Tranzly

Existing Tranzly language links (old cn_* data) are imported automatically on upgrade. Big jobs run in a background queue, so you can close the browser and they carry on. The old version stopped when you closed the tab.

It needs WordPress 6.8 or newer and PHP 8.2 or newer.

Updates

On a WordPress site we host, the free Tranzly updates itself and every update is checked on your own pages first; anything that changes is rolled back. See Our plugins update themselves. A Pro licence brings Pro's updates through the plugin's own Account screen.
