⚖️ Moving a site yourself is free, on every plan, for as many sites as you have. If you would rather we did it, AI Move moves it for you — free and unlimited on every paid plan.
Open Migrations in the menu and press Migrate a site here, or open a site you have already created and go to Restore & import → Migrate from another host. Type your old host's server address and press Check my current host — we work out what it runs and fill the form in. Not sure at all? Move a site with AI in the menu walks you through it, free.

We copy the files, the databases and (if you want) the email, rewrite WordPress addresses, check what arrived and show you a plain report. Nothing at your current host is changed or deleted.
Open Migrations and choose AI Move (recommended). Our AI moves the site for you end to end, our migration team oversees every move, and nothing is switched over until the preview, app and live checks pass. See AI Move: we move your site for you. Moving lots of sites? See Moving many sites at once.
You get the temporary address and can click through the site — pages, forms, checkout, the admin area. Do this before the switch, not after. Anything wrong is fixed here while the live site is still being served by your old host. If something looks off, see When a migration fails or the site looks wrong.
You change the domain's DNS to point here. Visitors move over as their DNS caches expire.
⭐ The trick for zero downtime: lower your domain's TTL to five minutes a day before the switch. Then the changeover takes minutes rather than hours, and if anything is wrong you can point it back just as quickly. If you moved email, press Run mail cutover afterwards.
Keep the old hosting for a couple of weeks. It costs one more month and it is the difference between "we can point it back" and "we cannot".
Then the switch was made for you, and the domain's DNS and e-mail stay in your PBN.LTD account. Do not change the nameservers — see My site was moved here from PBN.LTD.
