Have our deal desk run your sale (managed sale)

For a flat fee per sale, our deal desk runs the sale of a business you list for under US$100,000: what it does, the price, how to buy it and refunds.

A managed sale is our deal desk running the sale of one of your businesses for you, for a flat fee of US$499 per sale. It is for businesses for sale (websites, Shopify stores, Amazon FBA businesses and Etsy shops) with an asking price under US$100,000. At US$100,000 or more you do not need it: our deal desk helps with those deals free of charge.

What our deal desk does for you

  • Reviews your listing, its figures and its asking price with you.
  • Screens interested buyers and answers their questions about the steps.
  • Negotiates offers and counter-offers with buyers on your behalf, with your approval for every
  • price you accept.

  • Keeps the deal moving through the NDA, the data room, the letter of intent and the handover.
  • Never asks for your passwords: anything that moves happens in your own accounts.

It does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and it cannot promise that the business sells or at what price.

How to buy it

  1. Open Marketplace, then Sell, and open the listing.
  2. On the card Managed sale, check the price shown (it is shown in your currency) and press
  3. Buy a managed sale.

  4. Pay with your wallet balance or your saved payment method. If you have neither, the payment
  5. step opens right there so you can pay by card or another method.

The listing needs an asking price (a package) first. The asking price we compare with US$100,000 is your listing's highest package price, converted at the marketplace exchange rate.

What happens next

Our deal desk contacts you within 2 working days. The card on your listing then says that the managed sale has been bought; once our team has finished, it says that the managed sale is complete. You keep full control of your listing and of every offer you accept.

Refunds

A managed sale follows the same refund rules as our other add-ons: you can ask for a refund from Billing within 30 days, and after that a partial refund may be agreed. A refund ends the managed sale. You can buy one again for the same listing later.
