When you cannot sign in
Work through these in order. The commonest cause is not the one people assume.
1. The password reset link
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. The email arrives within a minute; check spam, because a password-reset email is the single most likely one to be filtered.
2. Two-factor codes being rejected
Almost always clock drift on your phone. A time-based code is generated from the clock, so a phone thirty seconds out produces codes we reject. Turn on automatic time in the phone's settings and try again.
If you have lost the device entirely, use one of the recovery codes you were given when you turned two-factor on. If those are gone too, support can verify you by other means — open a ticket from an address on the account.
3. "Your account is not a member of any organisation"
You have signed in successfully and been invited to nothing, or the invitation was to a different email address than the one you signed in with. Whoever invited you can see which address it went to.
4. Signed in, but the panel is empty
Check the organisation switcher at the top. If you belong to more than one, you may be looking at the wrong one.
5. A colleague can sign in and you cannot
Then it is your account rather than the platform. Start again at step 1.
⚠️ We will never ask you for your password, and no email from us will ask you to sign in to avoid a suspension. If one does, it is not from us.
