I am locked out of my WordPress admin
Being unable to reach wp-admin is recoverable and does not need a support ticket in most cases. Here is the order to try things in.
Losing access to wp-admin is recoverable. Work through these in order - the earlier ones are safer.
1. Is it the login, or is it the site?
If the whole site is down, this is not a login problem. Start with the site-down article instead.
2. Use one-click login from your dashboard
You do not need your WordPress password. Open the site in your Zinn® dashboard and use the one-click login - it signs you in as an administrator without the WordPress password at all.
This solves most lockouts immediately, including a forgotten password and a broken password reset email.
3. If one-click login does not work
That usually means WordPress itself is refusing to load its admin, and the common causes are:
- A plugin conflict. A plugin updated badly and is breaking the admin. Disabling plugins
- A redirect loop. Usually a wrong site URL after a domain change - WordPress redirects
- A hardened security plugin that has locked your IP address after failed attempts.

4. Do not reinstall WordPress
It is a common instinct and it rarely helps. Nothing on this list is fixed by reinstalling, and a reinstall over a live site can lose customisations that were not in the theme.
What to include in a ticket
What you see - a white page, an error message, a redirect back to the login, or a message about too many attempts. Those four point at four different causes, and the difference between them is most of the diagnosis.
