What each Zinn® Campaigns plan includes, how to add contacts or emails, and how SMS and WhatsApp are paid from your credit balance.
Zinn® Campaigns sends email marketing from your own domain, to people who agreed to hear from you. This article explains what each plan includes, how to add more, and how SMS and WhatsApp messages are paid for.
Every hosting plan except Footprint-Free includes 500 contacts and 2,000 emails a month.
Prices are in US dollars; the checkout shows them in your currency, plus any tax. A plan replaces the included allowance rather than adding to it.
Buy as many as you need. Each one adds to your plan or to the allowance included with your hosting; add-ons cannot be used without one of those. Cancel any time.
SMS and WhatsApp messages are paid from your Zinn® credit balance, before they are sent. If your balance does not cover a message, it is not sent, so you can never run up a bill you did not expect. Top up your Zinn® credit from the credits page in your dashboard.
plus 30%. A part is up to 160 plain characters (153 each when a message is longer), or up to 70 characters (67 each) when the text has accents, emoji or other special characters. For example, one part to the United Kingdom costs $0.0715 and to the United States $0.0117.
People must have agreed to each channel separately. A contact who agreed to emails cannot be sent SMS or WhatsApp messages unless they also agreed to those. When you import contacts, say which channels they agreed to; SMS and WhatsApp consent is recorded only for contacts with a mobile number in international format, for example +447700900123.
To protect your account, SMS sending pauses automatically if your account suddenly sends far more messages in an hour than it usually does. Only your account is paused, and our team is told straight away to check it with you. Sending also pauses while a payment is overdue, and starts again on its own once it is paid.
