Pause, unpause and delete campaigns, ad groups and ads from each account's card; a deleted ad keeps a saved copy you can rebuild, and Tidy paused ads can delete ads paused for a number of days you choose.
Zinn® Ads lists what runs in each connected Google Ads account, so you can pause, unpause and delete campaigns, ad groups and ads without opening Google Ads. Every change is recorded under Changes, with its Undo.
Open Zinn® Ads, find the account's card and press Show ads. You see its campaigns; press Show ad groups to open a campaign, with the ads in each ad group. Each line has Pause or Unpause. The change is sent to Google Ads at once, and can be undone for 30 days.
Delete appears only once an ad or ad group is paused, so a running ad is never deleted by a slip. You are asked to confirm first, because a deleted ad cannot be brought back in Google Ads. Campaigns can be paused here but not deleted.
Before the delete is sent, Zinn® Ads keeps a copy of the ad: its headlines, descriptions, paths and final URL. For an ad group it keeps its name, bid, ads and keywords.
A deleted ad's line under Changes shows Rebuild instead of Undo. For 30 days it creates the ad again from the saved copy, as a new paused ad (Google gives it a new id and its history starts again). Ads Google no longer lets anyone create, such as expanded text ads, cannot be rebuilt; the screen says so before you delete them.
Delete all paused ads on the account's card first shows how many ads it will delete and which ones. Each one keeps its saved copy and its own Rebuild.
In the account's Autopilot settings, Tidy paused ads deletes an ad once it has been paused for the number of days you choose (1 to 365), counted from the day Zinn® Ads first saw it paused. It is off unless you turn it on. Choose Suggest each delete for my approval (each delete waits under Needs you) or Delete it automatically (paid plans with the autopilot). An ad the autopilot replaced, for example with a stronger version, is paused first and is tidied the same way. If you reject a suggested delete, that ad is not suggested again.
Nothing is sent while the kill switch is on, the account is paused, or the Zinn® Ads plan is not paid up. Every pause, unpause, delete and rebuild is recorded with who made it.
Pausing and deleting single ads is not offered for Microsoft Advertising accounts in Zinn® Ads. Do it in Microsoft Advertising.
