Changing the currency you are billed in
What changes, what does not, and why an old invoice keeps its currency.
The currency selector is in the top bar, and it changes both what you see and what you are charged.
What changes immediately
Every price in the panel, and every invoice issued from that moment. Prices are held per currency rather than converted at the moment of sale, so what you see is what you are charged — an exchange rate moving overnight does not move your bill.
What does not change
Invoices already issued. An invoice is a legal document in the currency it was raised in; re-denominating it later would make your accounts and ours disagree.
Your wallet balance. Credit is held in the currency it was paid in. If you switch, the existing balance stays as it is and is still spent against invoices in that currency; new top-ups are in the new one. If that leaves you with two balances you would rather not have, support can consolidate them.
Which currencies
The list in the selector is what we support today. If yours is not there, tell support — it is a catalogue change rather than a technical one, and the request is what makes it happen.
Tax is separate from currency
Your VAT treatment comes from your billing country, not from the currency you pay in. Switching to euros does not make you an EU customer, and switching to dollars does not remove UK VAT.
