White-labelling the panel
Logo, colours, your own domain and your own sender addresses — and what stays ours.
Brand & marketing → Your brand.
What you set
Logo and colours — applied to the panel, the emails and the invoices your clients see. Your domain — your clients sign in at your address rather than ours. Point a CNAME at us and the certificate is issued automatically. Sender addresses — notifications come from you. Add the DNS records the screen gives you so they authenticate, or they will land in spam. Support address — where your clients' help requests go. Yours, not ours.
What your clients see
Your brand, throughout. They do not see our name in the panel, in an email, in an invoice or in an API response, and they are not offered our support.
What stays ours
The underlying platform and its status page. If there is a platform-wide incident, our status page is the truth, and you are the one who tells your clients about it — which is why incident notifications come to you first.
Checking it
Open your panel domain in a private window and sign in as a test client. Do this before your first real client, in a browser with no session — it is the only way to see what they see, and it is where a missing DNS record shows up.
⭐ The sender records are the half people skip. The panel looks right immediately; the emails silently go to spam for a fortnight before anybody mentions it.
