Adding a client

Creating a client, what they can see, and how to work on their behalf.

Organisation → Your clients → New.

What you create

A separate organisation with its own sites, users, limits and invoices. It is not a folder inside yours — it is a tenant, isolated from your other clients and from you except where you have access.

What they see

Your branded panel, their own sites, and their invoices from you. They do not see your other clients, your costs, or us.

Inviting their people

Add users to the client organisation with the ordinary roles. A client who wants read-only visibility gets read-only; one who wants to run their own updates gets member.

You do not have to invite anybody at all — plenty of resellers run the panel themselves and the client never signs in.

Working on their behalf

Open the client from your Clients screen. Everything you do there is recorded in their activity log under your name, which is the arrangement that keeps you both honest.

Limits

A client's sites count against the plan you have sold them, and their plan is bought from your pricing. If you sell a client a plan with three sites, the fourth is refused with a message they can act on rather than an error.

Handing a client over

If they leave you for another agency — or go direct — the site transfer flow moves their sites without a download and without an outage.
