Getting started after you start a trial or buy something

Right after you start a free trial or buy a plan or add-on, the app shows one clear next step for it, keeps it on your Overview until it is done, and shows your progress.

Whatever you start — a hosting trial, a paid plan, an SEO tool, a board, live chat or an add-on — the app takes you straight to the one thing to do next, so you never have to hunt for it.

Right after you start

You land on a Set up your … screen for the product you chose. It has one main button that opens the right form with your plan already selected. For an application plan, the application is already picked for you: a Moodle plan opens with Moodle, a Joomla plan with Joomla.

Where it makes sense you can choose Build it with AI instead: describe your business and we draft the site for you to check and publish.

Until it is done

  • A Set up card stays at the top of your Overview until the first step is done — for example
  • until your first site exists, or your first board, monitor or tracked domain. It shows your progress, such as 1 of 5 sites used.

  • On a free trial, a short reminder at the top of the app shows how many days are left and opens
  • the same step.

  • When the step is done, the card and the reminder disappear on their own. If you delete the only
  • site again, the step comes back, because it is true again.

What "set up" means for each product

  • A hosting trial or plan: create your first site (a free address is included, no domain
  • needed).

  • An application plan (Moodle, Joomla and others): create the site; the application is
  • preselected.

  • Boards, live chat, uptime monitoring or the AI chat agent: create your first board, chat
  • widget, monitor or agent.

  • An SEO or visibility tool: add the domain you want to track.
  • A managed database, server or vector database: create it.
  • A per-site add-on (speed, translation, AI webmaster): choose the site it is for.
  • A service we carry out (malware clean-up, SSL set-up, migration): tell us the details on
  • the order page.

Support plans and credits work as soon as you buy them, so there is nothing to set up.
