AI Move: if something goes wrong

What happens when a login fails, the site does not fit, a check fails or a step breaks.

Nothing changes for your visitors until the switch-over, so a problem during an AI Move never takes your site down. Your old host keeps serving it the whole time.

A login is refused

The ticket says exactly which login failed and why, and links the secure form to send a new one. The move carries on by itself once you do.

The site does not fit your plan

The ticket names the plan that holds it, with the price, and a link to upgrade. The move waits, and carries on once the plan changes.

A check fails, or a step fails twice

A real person takes over at once: our migration team gets the full history of the move, and the ticket tells you a member of the team is on it. You do not have to ask.

You want to stop

Press Cancel this AI Move on the move's page in Migrations. Your access is deleted from our vault at once and nothing at your old host has been changed.

Getting a person at any time

Reply on the move's ticket — a person on our migration team reads every move.
