Add memory to a Zinn® Agents agent

Buy extra memory for one agent, per GB per month: what each GB gives, how to buy and stop it, and what happens when a renewal payment is late.

Give one of your Zinn® Agents agents more memory without changing its plan. Extra memory costs $7.99 per GB a month, plus any tax, and you can buy as many GB as you need — up to 8 GB in total for one agent (its plan's memory included).

Check first

  • No Memory button? Extra memory is offered on a running agent whose plan is paid up, to
  • team members who can manage agents and pay for the account. Resume the agent or pay the open invoice first.

  • "Not in use — paused until its renewal is paid"? The monthly payment for that memory failed.
  • It keeps working for 3 days, then pauses and the agent goes back to its plan's memory. Pay the open invoice on Billing and the memory comes back on its own within minutes.

  • Still slow after buying? The agent restarts with the new memory a few minutes after you buy.
  • Refresh the Zinn® Agents screen; while it shows Starting the change is being applied.

What one GB gives you

Each extra GB adds 1 GB the agent is guaranteed (reserved for it, always) and 2 GB it may burst to for short spikes. A Starter agent (1 GB) with 2 extra GB is guaranteed 3 GB and may burst to 6 GB.

Buy extra memory

  1. Open Zinn® Agents and press Memory on the agent's row.
  2. Choose how many GB to add. The monthly total is shown before you buy.
  3. Press Add. If you have no saved payment method you can pay right there.
  4. The agent restarts with the new memory within a few minutes. Its data is kept.

You can buy more later; each purchase renews monthly on its own date.

Stop or reduce it

Press Stop renewing next to the memory you no longer need. It keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then the agent restarts with less memory. Nothing is refunded for the month already paid. Deleting an agent stops its extra memory too.

If a payment is late

Extra memory follows the same rule as every add-on: when a renewal is not paid it keeps working for 3 days, then pauses (you are told by e-mail and in the dashboard). Paying everything owed brings it back automatically — you never have to buy it again.
