Authentication

This endpoint is public. It takes no credential and no organisation — it is what our own marketing site and AI answer engines read.

This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details

Unauthenticated by design: the Svix signature over the raw body, checked with the secret stored for THIS connection, is the authentication (401 when it does not match or is older than five minutes). email.delivered, email.bounced (permanent only) and email.complained are matched to the latest send to that address through this connection in the last 14 days; a bounce or complaint suppresses the address at once. Anything else is acknowledged with 200 and ignored. Redelivery is a no-op.
