POST /v1/seo-connection/products/watches
Put a credit tool on a schedule. Spends credits on each run.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The endpoint checks sites.create; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details
Needs seo.spend. The first run is taken by the next hourly sweep (it is the baseline the alerts compare with), then one every cadence_days. Each run is paid like runSeoProduct; when the balance cannot pay, the tool is PAUSED (nothing spent, nothing dropped, one notice) and carries on by itself after a top-up.
