GET `/v1/plugins/{slug}/language-packs/{version}/{locale}`

One plugin version's translations for one language (a language pack).

Authentication

This endpoint takes no API key. Anything else it needs, such as a signed request, is described above.

This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details

A zip of the plugin's catalogues for one locale: <slug>-<locale>.mo and the script catalogues <slug>-<locale>-<md5>.json, nothing else. A plugin built with language_packs (Zinn® SEO, Tranzly, Page Builder Sandwich) ships its source strings only, and its admin kit fetches the packs for the languages the site uses — the site's language and its users' — and installs them into wp-content/languages/plugins/. ⭐ Authenticated by the plugin, not by this channel: the zip carries languages/language-packs.json with the name, size and SHA-256 of every file of every pack, and a site installs a pack only when its files match exactly. slug is the plugin's text domain (its free slug; the Pro build uses the same packs). Public and unauthenticated: the caller is a WordPress site with no account of ours. A pack never changes once published, so it is cacheable for a day (immutable).
