POST /v1/marketplace/vendor/payout-methods/{method_id}
Show that the destination belongs to you.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint checks no specific permission, so any key for your organisation can call it.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

docs/82 §7c's proof table, as data. What is accepted depends on the rail: a statement or letter for a bank or Payoneer, the verified account email for PayPal, and for crypto a signed message, a micro-transaction, or a self-declared address — "No document can prove wallet ownership", so which one was used is recorded rather than assumed.
