Authentication

Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint does not state a specific permission in the specification, so give your key the least it needs and check the response rather than assuming.

This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

docs/82 §7c. ⛔ The destination is **masked** — enough for the seller to recognise which of their accounts it is, never enough to reproduce it. A wallet address on a screen is a wallet address in a screenshot. The `rails` block carries each rail's **minimum and fee note**, because docs/82 §7 requires the seller to see them *where they choose the rail*: "the rail they pick changes what they actually receive", and a fee discovered on the statement is a support ticket.
