GET /v1/marketplace/listings/{listing_id}/offers
Your organisation's offers on a listing, and whether you may make one (buyer).
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint checks no specific permission, so any key for your organisation can call it.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

s1014 L69 (docs/1068 §8, Q13). A live listing. available is false while the deal-room switch is off or the seller does not ask for an NDA; nda_signed says whether your organisation signed it (an offer needs it). Amounts are integer minor units of currency.
