Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the vector.manage permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details
Writes vectors by your own id: an id already in the index is replaced, not duplicated. Every vector must carry exactly `dimension` values. Refused when the write would take the organisation past its `vector_index_gb` allowance. Requires `vector.manage`.
