POST /v1/private-network/devices/{seatId}/rotate
Issue a fresh configuration for a device, invalidating the old one.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint does not state a specific permission in the specification, so give your key the least it needs and check the response rather than assuming.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Gated on `network.private.manage`. This is the answer to "I lost my configuration file": the previous keypair stops working the moment the gateway next syncs. The new `config` is likewise shown only once.
