domains
GET /v1/domains/routes
The registrar routes this organisation can buy a domain through.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint does not state a specific permission in the specification, so give your key the least it needs and check the response rather than assuming.
Where your organisation id goes
This endpoint takes org_id as a query parameter. Leave it out and the call covers your whole tenancy subtree; send it to narrow the call to one organisation.
Your organisation id is on the API keys screen in your dashboard, beside the key itself. It is the same id in every call you make.
Try it
Replace anything in angle brackets with your own values, and the key placeholder with a key from your dashboard.
curl -X GET https://api.zinndigital.com/v1/domains/routes \
-H "Authorization: Bearer zdk_live_…"Signed in? The API console in your dashboard fills in your real organisation id and your own key, and runs the request against the live API so you can see the actual response. Open this endpoint in the API console
Details
Cloudflare Registrar is offered as **an additional, deliberately-chosen way to register a domain**, beside the organisation's existing registrar — not as a cheaper source the platform switches to silently. The reason the choice is the customer's is `locks_nameservers`. A Cloudflare registration cannot use external nameservers: the API exposes no way to set them, so the domain's DNS stays with Cloudflare for as long as we hold it. That is a constraint somebody has to accept knowingly, not one to discover the first time they try to point the domain elsewhere. Every flag is derived from the registrar driver's advertised capabilities, so a driver that gains or loses an endpoint moves this copy with it. Routes the organisation cannot use are returned with `available: false` and a reason rather than filtered out — a one-option list is indistinguishable from a list whose second option failed to load.
