compute
GET /v1/compute/vps/options
The paid options a VPS of a given size can carry.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the sites.view permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.
Try it
Replace anything in angle brackets with your own values, and the key placeholder with a key from your dashboard.
curl -X GET https://api.zinndigital.com/v1/compute/vps/options?size=<size> \
-H "Authorization: Bearer zdk_live_…"Signed in? The API console in your dashboard fills in your real organisation id and your own key, and runs the request against the live API so you can see the actual response. Open this endpoint in the API console
Details
cPanel licences, backup tiers and additional disks, **already filtered to what this machine size can actually take** — with our price on each, in integer minor units. ⛔⛔ **Filtered, not merely listed, and the filtering is the point.** this platform refuses cPanel below 2 GB of memory and price backups per machine size, so an unfiltered menu is a set of choices the vendor rejects *after* the customer has configured and paid. Their own order form disables exactly these; this endpoint is how ours does the same. ⛔ `resizable` is `false` on this range and its `resize_reason` says why: this platform publishes no operation that changes a VPS's processor or memory after purchase. Disk, cPanel and backups are all separately purchasable; the machine itself is not. Requires `sites.view`.
