Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the links.edit permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
Where your organisation id goes
This endpoint takes org_id as a field in the JSON body.
Your organisation id is on the API keys screen in your dashboard, beside the key itself. It is the same id in every call you make.
Try it
Replace anything in angle brackets with your own values, and the key placeholder with a key from your dashboard.
curl -X PATCH https://api.zinndigital.com/v1/ai/recipes/{recipeId} \
-H "Authorization: Bearer zdk_live_…" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{ "name": <string> }'Signed in? The API console in your dashboard fills in your real organisation id and your own key, and runs the request against the live API so you can see the actual response. Open this endpoint in the API console
Details
Partial update. The schedule is recomputed on every write rather than by a nightly job — a recipe saved with a cadence and no next run is a recipe that never runs and shows no error anywhere. Requires `links.edit`.

posts_per_run | integer | No | ⛔ Capped at 10. Two hundred articles from one brief are two hundred near-identical articles, which is a **footprint** — the exact thing the Footprint-Free line is sold to avoid. |

cadence_dow | integer | No | 0 = Monday. |
cadence_dom | integer | No | ⛔ Never 29-31: a monthly recipe set to the 31st would skip February silently, and a schedule that stops without an error is the failure this feature prevents. |
