Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the billing.manage permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details
Deletes the secret from Vault and marks the row revoked. **The row is kept**, because metered usage points at it. ⛔ The row is revoked even if the Vault delete fails: every read path filters on the revocation, so a key we cannot delete is still a key we will never use again — whereas a failed revoke that left the row live would keep charging the customer's provider account after they asked us to stop. Requires `billing.manage`.
