Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the billing.manage permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details
Deletes the secret from Vault and marks the row revoked. **The row is kept**, because metered usage points at it: deleting it would orphan every record saying "this call ran on your own key", which is what answers "why was I not charged for that". Requires `billing.manage`.
