DELETE `/v1/agency/boards/{boardId}/labels/{labelId}`

Delete a label, taking it off every card wearing it.

Authentication

Send an API key as a bearer token. This endpoint does not state a specific permission in the specification, so give your key the least it needs and check the response rather than assuming.

This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details

Deleted, not archived — a label is a vocabulary word rather than a record of work, and a tombstoned one would leave cards wearing a tag that is not in the picker, which reads as a rendering bug. Cards themselves are archived precisely because they ARE a record.
