PUT /v1/ads/connections/{connection_id}/tracking
Which actions are compared, where missed outcomes upload, recovery on/off.
Authentication
Send an API key as a bearer token. The key must carry the ads.manage permission; a key without it is refused with 403, not 404.
This endpoint takes no organisation id. Your key already identifies the organisation it belongs to, and the response is scoped to it.

Details
Gated on ads.manage; audit action ads.tracking_settings. A Google action is a resource name of THIS account (customers/<id>/conversionActions/<id>); a Microsoft one is the offline goal's name. Giving a kind an upload action re-opens its outcomes that were waiting for one. recovery_mode validate makes the network check uploads and keep nothing.
