Using Zinn® Campaigns from your AI assistant

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to draft campaigns, build lists and read reports. Sending and spending always stay with you.

Zinn®, our Viking, reading his checklist beside an index of articles with one open.

You can run Zinn® Campaigns from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT once it is connected to your account. Ask in plain words and it does the work through our API.

Connect it

Connect the assistant to https://api.zinndigital.com/v1/mcp (see Connecting Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT to your account). On the consent screen, tick the Zinn® Campaigns permissions: view to let it read your campaigns, lists and reports, manage to let it create and change them.

What it can do

  • Draft, edit and check campaigns: "draft a campaign to my Customers list about our spring sale", "check my latest campaign for deliverability problems".
  • Build lists, add contacts, start imports and set up sign-up forms and your brand kit.
  • Create SMS campaigns as drafts and explain how SMS and WhatsApp work.
  • Read reports: "how did last week's campaign do?".
  • Translate a campaign into your contacts' languages. That uses your AI credits, exactly as pressing Save and translate yourself does.

What it will not do

It never sends anything to your recipients and never spends money for you: sending a campaign, sending texts or WhatsApp messages, writing with AI credits and registering for US texting are refused to it. It prepares the work; you check it and press Send. It also never handles your passwords: enter mail server passwords in the dashboard.

Developers: every operation, and whether an assistant may run it, is listed in Zinn® Campaigns API and MCP: developer guide.
