Send a Zinn® Campaigns email in each contact's language

Write a campaign once and translate it into every language your contacts use; an edit marks translations out of date.

Zinn®, our Viking, reading his checklist beside an index of articles with one open.

Write a campaign once, in your own language, and each contact receives it in theirs.

How it works

  1. In the campaign, under Languages, choose the language you wrote it in.
  2. Press Save and translate. We translate the campaign into every language your list's contacts use (from each contact's language), from the 58 languages Zinn Digital® supports.
  3. Each contact then gets the campaign in their language. A contact whose language has no current translation gets the language you wrote it in.

If everyone on the list reads the language you wrote it in, there is nothing to translate and nothing is charged.

Editing after translating

Editing the campaign marks its translations Out of date, and contacts get your original words until you press Save and translate again. Only the languages that are missing or out of date are translated, so pressing it again with nothing changed costs nothing.

Merge fields such as {{first_name}} are kept exactly as you wrote them in every language.

Translating uses your AI credits or the AI allowance included in your plan.
