How client reports work

Send each of your clients a branded SEO report in their language, on a schedule, made from the data you already track.

Client reports turn the SEO tools you already use into a report your client can read: their rankings, whether AI assistants mention them, whether Google has their pages, how healthy the site is and who links to it — under your name, not ours.

Set up a look

Open Client reports and choose Looks. A look is your agency name, logo, two colours, an introduction and a footer. The first look you add is the default. On Pro and Agency you can also set a reply-to address: we e-mail it a code, and once you confirm it, your clients' replies go there.

Add a client

Under Clients, add the client's name, the domains the report covers (leave it empty to cover everything this account tracks), who receives it, the language it is written in, and how often: every week, every month, every quarter, or only when you ask. You can also choose which sections to include; with none ticked, every section that has data is included.

What a report contains

Each section comes from a tool you already use — rankings, AI visibility, the index checker, the site audit, backlinks and brand mentions. A tool with no reading yet is left out rather than shown as zero. The report starts with the headline figures and a plain summary of what changed since the previous report, with both numbers and whether the change is good news.

Sending, previewing and sharing

Scheduled reports are made and e-mailed on their own, with the PDF attached. You can also make one at any time from the client's row. Under Reports, preview any report in any language, download the PDF, or copy its share link — a private page your client can open. A share link lasts 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your plan, and you can withdraw it at any time.

What counts against your plan

One report for one client counts once, whether the schedule made it or you did. A report that fails on our side is not counted, and the monthly count resets on the 1st. If your account is unpaid, scheduled reports pause and pick up again once it is settled.
