What it is
Mainstream and app hosting plans include a number of subdomains you can add under your websites, for example shop.example.com or docs.example.com. Each one gets its own folder and HTTPS, and is part of the website's hosting account and backups.
When every included subdomain is in use, this add-on gives your plan ten more for a monthly charge. It is not offered on PBN hosting, where every subdomain is its own website.

In your dashboard, choose the website and open its Subdomains card.
Add ten more
When your plan's subdomains are all in use, buy a pack and pay in the same window.

Type the name, choose what runs on it, and it is set up and served over HTTPS.

A monthly charge per pack of ten subdomains, on the same invoice as your hosting.

Questions
Does a subdomain use one of my plan's websites?
A subdomain you add under one of your websites uses your plan's subdomain allowance, not a website. A subdomain you add as a website of its own, from Add a site, uses one website like any other site.
Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes. Packs stack, so two packs give you twenty more subdomains, and each pack is charged monthly.
Is it offered on PBN hosting?
No. On PBN hosting every subdomain is its own footprint-free website and uses one website from your plan, so there is no separate subdomain allowance to add to.
What happens to the DNS?
When the parent website's domain uses our DNS, we add the subdomain's records to that domain's zone for you.
What if I stop paying for a pack?
Nothing is deleted. Your subdomains keep working, but you cannot add a new one until you are back under your allowance.
